Of the 2003 album this week’s song is from, a journalist for Rolling Stone had this to say,
It’s been a long time since I’ve heard this song but it came to mind this weekend as I drove down Highway 20 through the agricultural expanse of the Skagit Valley as I headed for the ferry boat to take me out across the Salish Sea to the San Juan Islands.The line that struck me hard as a young woman in my early 20s when I first fell I love with still resonates now. Maybe others feel this way too?
